Working together

Funding partners

DPRP’s work is supported through shared contributions from local and provincial government, implementing organisations, communities and outside funders.

Funding relationships

The website content draft lists the following confirmed and prospective funding partners together. It does not identify the status of each organisation, so this list should not be read as confirmation that every named organisation currently funds DPRP.

  • Stichting Perspectief
  • Stichting Benjamin
  • AFAS
  • Liliane Fonds
  • Netherlands Leprosy Relief (NLR)

The draft identifies Liliane Fonds as supporting DPRP implementation in Bagira, Democratic Republic of Congo, and as a long-standing partner of the Nepal programme, where it is also named Liliane Foundation.

A contribution with a clear purpose

External support is intended to last for up to five years per area, while government and community strengthen their capacity to sustain the programme. A funding conversation can cover programmes seeking support, partner-level reporting, how costs are shared and what a contribution would fund.
